WORST PAINTERS EVER! PERIOD.

We used TSA for an extensive paint job in our home. They did absolutely no prep work whatsoever---no sanding, priming or patching. Within a few weeks everything was chipping and peeling. The trim was all bubbled and had obvious drips, not to mention they were incredibly sloppy throughout so all the hardware and window panels need to be cleaned. We called them back to fix the job, and they actually did a worse job than the first time, which I didn't think was possible. When I asked them if they needed me to provide the paint color names for the re-do they told me that they were "on file" and that wouldn't be necessary. Ultimately, they used a different wall tone than the original (probably to save money because flat is cheaper than low sheen) so now everything is uneven and blotchy. At this point we are cutting our losses and hiring another painter to fix their disaster. I urge other prospective paint consumers to ignore the other positive review (it was very non-specific if you ask me; perhaps they posted it themselves) and STAY AWAY FROM TSA!!!
